Nowhere for the car to go!

We have a large double garage but tonight it is full of scaffolding.

The window installation went ahead apace today. Two teams of men arrived and proceeded to defenestrate most rooms. When it started to rain, I was a bit concerned, but it soon passed over.  The salesman came and told me that I must not sign the paperwork to say the work was OK, on any account. Later the installation manager arrived to say that I needed to sign the paperwork. Arghh.

Everest needs help with communication skills.

The windows look great. Only one window has been broken and inevitably it is from Mum's bedroom......

In other news, Mum and Carla had another quiet day holed up together in the lounge (not really holed  because it's a big room).  Thank you for all your concern and good wishes for Carla. She has eaten twice today and seems a bit brighter.
