Nice colour tablets...

Not a good day.  I have severe tendonitis in my right hand, fingers are like sausages, can't grip anything, playing golf yesterday hasn't helped.

Off to the Drs this morning, anti inflammatory tablets and gel, hot and cold treatment a couple of times a day, no golf, can't grip the club.

Hopefully in a couple of days the pain will have subsided, to a tolerable level.
