Close ups

After all the wonderful advice I had a couple of days ago on how to take macro (thank you all so much) I decided to have another play. Its not quite macro, as I have temporarily mislaid my +10 filter, but I believe the same principles apply.
Turned off Image Stabiliser, had a really small aperture, and would have taken the ISO down to 100 if I'd remembered! Next time!
The ship is only about an inch and a half high, and I was happy to pick up quite a bit of detail.
Got a long late shift at work today so haven't got a lot of time to play.
