Misdirected mail

I have been waiting awhile for this delivery and was about to put in a complaint and demand either a refund or a new one - surprise today that it had been delivered but stamped on the envelope was that it had been misdirected to Sri Lanka - I've had one go to Canada before due to confusion over Victoria but not sure why this one was misdirected
