I can't yet confirm that we have indeed sold our house. I'll believe when we are in the bank and the money gets transfred to our account, but so far it looks good. I think we will pop the Champagne tomorrow night just for the fact that we live in a healthy house and there's no humidity or nothing anywhere. But nothing is as certain as uncertain. So baby steps... but so glad to live in a healthy house :-)
