back to the hills

We spotted Lough Tay, aka Guinness Lake, through the fleeting rain but the steep hill slopes of the Sally Gap glistened all the more for the gentle heaven sent gift. I must say it was great to be back in the mountains with Fluffikens after a (too) long break. I was reminded of how much I enjoy the heather clothed hills decorated with newly shorn sheep and spelga bog cotton and resolved to return sooner rather than rater... Laughter was no stranger to us all afternoon as the afternoon crept gently away... I look forward to our next trip.....Just saying
