Civic responsibility (and respect?!)

It was a lovely sunny afternoon yeserday, so here is the state of the park in the morning!!  How can anyone picnic on the grass, and then leave his trash??

One of the new elements in this year's (controversial) school program is an hour a week of "civic responsibility".  Maybe our parks will be cleaner in the future??
