A peach mountain!

Our peach tree has a huge harvest this year so we are giving them away to neighbours and trying new recipes to make sure none go to waste. Tonight it's peach cobbler. A whole lot of peeling and chopping required, but it now smells great in the oven. Other recipes welcome. Or if you're in St Gervais, come and get some peaches!
