Catbells

Went very early as it was Bank Holiday, were going to walk so far up Catbells, as far as hubby and Cilla could manage. Hubby couldn't resist going to the top as it was such a beautiful morning. I stayed with Cilla so far up as we knew it was too far for her.
Cilla and I watched the steady stream of walkers making their way up the path while we waited for Rip and hubby to come back. He was so pleased he'd done it, gave him such a boost, must try and hold him back before he overdoes it again.
By the time we got back to the campa and made a cup of tea the roads were too busy to go anywhere else, so we came home.
Luckily we can go into the lakes any day so Bank holidays are not for us.
