All Is Safely Gathered In

We were the only traders left on the showfield last night so it was nice and quiet. This morning we took down the marquee for the last time this year. "ere the winter storms begin". Tomorrow the studio will be back to normal with the pictures up and card displays filled. Things back where they should be!

The hymn reminds us of an elderly friend. She was being given a lift by The Mate in a high car,difficult to get in and out of. It was a bit awkward for her in a dress to keep her dignity but she reassured him: "Don't worry, I've got my Harvest Festival knickers on!" He must have looked puzzled because she continued: "All is safely gathered in!"
