English Graduation Tea with a Bit of Ethnic Flair!

Saturday was Kate and Trung's Graduation Tea. As you can see we had a ton of food as always!

Clockwise from the bottom are the Graduation cake, mixed berry pie, cookies, fairycakes and corkscrew cakes with real butter icing (that no one ate, grrrr!), biscotti, jam tarts, tuna, hardboiled egg and cheese sandwiches, ham, beef and turkey sandwiches, (spring rolls and samosas coming to the empty stand when they were cooked!), spinach dip, crudites, wings, sherry trifle, fresh berries, ferrero rochers and assorted melon.

Not quite your typical "english tea" but it worked!
