Week Two
I'll need to think a bit more about how to do this in a creative way, but I thought this image would accurately document the progress I've made since last week.
Thank you so much for the encouragement and support. This commitment to blipping each week has helped me stay on track so far. I'm focusing on overall health, so trying to eat four cups of green vegetables a day, as well as several other things. Trying to get all that in sure doesn't leave me hungry!
Last week's weight: 251.4
Today's weight: 243.2
Weight lost: 8.2 pounds!
Most of that is water weight, since it was the first week of this, but I'm still very happy to have made progress. I think I look a bit better, although I still have a long way to go. Note: Last week I was letting my stomach "hang out." This week, I'm standing more normally . . .
