Cold Compress

 . Only a few peas left in the bag in the fridge and Aunt Bessie's roast potatoes are too hard and lumpy so went and got this cold compress for knee pain .
Yesterday's visit to the bank to talk with my' Premium Relationship Manager 'has left me feeling  my age- a bit .  First young Sam wanted to get to know me - as a person ! Well before we got talking about money - she gave me lots of  empathy , sympathy  . and understanding .- treating me like some ancient grandparent !!! 
 Joph reckons they  should use  it as a training video !!  ;-)
