Friday Night is Kir Night

It's been a busy day. Morning shopping, afternoon test driving cars, evening gardening, but tonight everything stops. 

A drop of mure (French blackberry liqueur) and some rather nice Spanish cava into a large Jamie Oliver glass and you have the perfect international start to the weekend.
