Lady Out for a Walk

I had just taken my blip for the day and was on my way to a meeting. I saw this lady pulling a wagon with her child in it and walking her dog. I drove on by. Then I thought this would make a better blip that what I just taken. I turned the car around and pull up beside her and ask. Would you mind if I took your picture? She said no I wouldn't mind, then I explained why I wanted to do this. It was kind of funny as she told her dog to "sit" and he did. Too cute. I just love asking people if I could take their picture. Haven't gotten a no yet so I'll keep asking.
