Wax fondue

As a change from the semi-regular Friday night "what I'm having for dinner" blip, here's a picture of some cakes on fire. 

Before they were set aflame, these candles actually looked quite realistic. I'm not sure they'd have fooled anyone into biting into them, but maybe they'd have made someone look twice.

As I took my blip, the girl child was gazing wistfully at the wax and wishing it were some kind of self-melting fondue. As she always says when she has a million dollar idea but can't be bothered with the whole bringing-it-to-market part of the product development process: "I'll get my scientists working on that..."
