Black clouds

Back blipping on evening of 4th September - no internet access yesterday

Long day with 21 locks in quick succession - W prefers to do the grunt work at the locks, leaving the angst of steering the boat into a narrow lock to me.  At one of the early locks, there were black clouds in the sky.  It did rain, but not too hard, but there was a head wind much of the day, which was a challenge.

Eventually reached Cross Green, and had a nice meal in the Fox and Anchor, followed by an early night.  Anticipating another long day.
