No good

Went to look at this property - was in a great location but 10 in the block and the whole place was a dump and looked uncared for . The whole building needed a good clean and repaint - the agent didn't know how many were rented or owned or body corporate fees - not sure what they would've going on as it certainly wasn't maintenance!
