fine feathers

Long run today on a new route, which was comically hideous, too hot, no water, ipod battery gave up, I got lost, I had an urgent loo crisis ( thank you Tesco, but I still won't shop with you), paths overgrown with nettles and brambles, and cars that tried to kill me. But I picked up a lovely pheasant tail feather, and logged 14km, so not a complete failure of a day.
