A walk along the canal from Marsden, Yorkshire

I liked this view. A derelict works in the middle of nowhere - and across a footbridge, back to back cottages where the workers must have lived many years ago.

The back to backs have been knocked through to give the current residents both a front and back door.

Just 35 minutes drive from home, or a quick train ride - think we will visit Marsden again. We called into a pub for a glass of real ale. Very nice indeed!
