..Spent some time this morning going through my wardrobe deciding which items I can do without. Turns out quite a few shirts, T-shirts, pairs of trousers and fleece jackets. There are several groups set up to gather gods to help the Syrian refugees. And there is a network up here organising getting the stuff to them. There are two places in Scourie collecting, and transferring goods to Ullapool. The group in Ullapool is moving stuff to Inverness. And then on..

Delivered our items to E, and then called in the shop. And then on to P&G's to deliver some eggs..

The hens are laying all over the place at the moment, rather than in their nest boxes. I had planned to put up a fence in their enclosure to stop them going too far, before letting them totally free later in the day. I bought some chicken wire in Ullapool on  Wednesday. I tried to erect it today, but it turns out that the rock is too near the surface, and I can't get the posts in. Scrap that idea then.

Spent some time tidying the toms in the tunnel, and then went to see how Adrian's getting on next door, he's doing some pointing and harling for A&J. Of course, Tanni wanted the ball throwing, and it went into a patch of cleavers. Hence her decorations!! And guess who will have to pick those out later?..
