Celebrating 25 Years!

Our much loved Assistant Pastor and his wife hosted a marvellous party today to celebrate their Silver Wedding Anniversary.

In true African style it took a while for all the guests to arrive. Then Emmanuel and Joyce danced their way from each end of the hall to meet each other and there was much encouragement for all the guests to join in the dance. The food was amazing too.

The cake-cutting was in the style of their wedding day in Nigeria with prayers of blessing being said over them, and the first slice of cake shared and fed to each other.

A very happy and romantic occasion. Great fun.
