Apple Store Revisited

2nd iPhone in less than two years to go bad. They replaced the one last year but no such luck this time. Only three months short of the end of the two year contract at which time I was hoping to upgrade.

Even though the phone they gave me last year went bad in less than one year it wasn't under warranty.

I think I Apple should stand behind their products and if a phone goes bad in 10 months they should replace it warranty or not.

Maybe a letter is in order......like a lot of good that will do.....UPSET Today!
