Scones to order

... At Edgewater Resort in Wanaka you order your scones off a menu of six and they cook them to order. These are ham, Gruyere and onion with wholegrain mustard butter and salmon with dill creme fraiche. Also on offer was a wonderful light crystallized ginger scone which came with a rhubarb compote and whipped cream. Killer combos!
