One careful owner

Sometimes the appeal of a model is in the detail rather than the overall appearance.  Perhaps one makes the other?  This latest Port Appin building isn't a pretty one.  It's a derelict one.  I like dereliction as a subject.  Port Appin has many pretty buildings, sometimes one needs to build something ugly.  Even if it's just a reminder that nothing lasts forever.
