Fabulous day today. We went to watch my son competing in the longest race he's done so far...a half iron man...a 2k swim, a 90k bike ride and a half marathon run. Not a distance he specialises in but he wanted to challenge himself to see if he could do it. He finished well within the top 20% and in a time of just under 5 hours 15 mins so was pleased. The weather was good and we had a lovely day in the fresh air, supporting him. Here they are setting off on the swim. Proud Mum!
