Fae the Loop o' Crooie

Led a ramble today from Costa to the Brough of Birsay which was attended by ten hardy souls.  Very blustery, damp too.  Very difficult to take this pic because of the wind speed - approx 50 mph and being quite near the edge of the cliff.  Half of the Atlantic Ocean was moistly motivated to fly past our eyes; keeping glasses and camera lens dry was a real trachle.

On returning to HQ I wented (Blue Bottle c 1957) into the tunnel and got some fennel, beetroot, neep, onion and tatties.  All now roasting in a tin to accompany the stew which I prepared last night.

No dancing because of an injury; decision taken after a pitch side fitness test.
