Barnsley Hospice 10K run

This morning my brother and I acted as one of the many stewards for this fund raising run.  We were allocated a spot in Cawthorne village - almost at the top of the last major hill on the course.  Everyone did fantastically well  - it's not an easy route with two major hill climbs. The fastest took just over 36 mins - phew!  

It's been a beautifully day, the best for well over a month (I'd say).  I now need to go away and work out what I need for Hot Bed press in the morning.
