Calvados

Could be dangerous.. We nearly finished the bottle, luckily I retain my no-hangover superpower and so was up and about early this morning strimming a load of nettles into an early grave.

Ian's dad popped over to deliver us a card and some wine, it was good to see him. He, like many of that generation, has many excellent stories I suspect we'd still be sitting listening if we'd had time.

Grass cut, bonfire lit and then the Grand Prix with Alf. We love Monza, possibly the best event I've ever been to. This years race was epic, really glad with the result. Nice to see our systems getting a lot of coverage.

Then cricket, Sam (pictured) organised a match between the Mr Barbers chaps and a team from Linton. Great fun and hopefully it will become an annual event with a party afterwards.
