This little public library used to be a phone booth/box and is open 24/7.

Seen in Kusel today on my way to the Kuseler Herbstmesse, their annual autumn fair the first weekend in September.

BTW The little city of Kusel welcomed 240 refugees in the last two days. There is room for 700 and they keep coming.
