Spotlight

It was strange waking up without the wee man this morning.  I never realised quite how much work he was.  In some regards I had assumed his sister demanded more attention so I was surprised at how much easier things were this morning, with him staying at his Grandma's. 

I guess the wee lady only needs part of our attention.  She's happy to play and crawl by herself.  Her brother on the other hand, requires confirmation on everything he does.

Despite our attempts to pop out for brunch and pack in anticipation for our extension, it was nice that the wee lady didn't have to share the limelight with her brother for once.  He on the other hand is enjoying every minute of Grandma's undivided attention!
