I like thistles. All those prickles on the stems and leaves and yet the flowers are so soft, and the seeds even softer.
A quiet day today catching up with things and taking Nelly and Sid on a lovely long walk in the woods.
We've got a huge amount of tomatoes so it's soup making tomorrow.
