Sunday Cycle- Elen's Glen

I went for my weekend cycle today in my local area.  As I didn't have the car today, I stopped by the local suppermarket to pick up a few things on my journey.  I went through Elen's Glen on my way back. 

The path I took through here always reminds me of how much I appreciate my bike.  I used to struggle on this path with my old bike, which was a men's mountain bike.  I would get to the top and my knee hip and shoulder would be in agony.  My new bike is a woman's specific bike with has a front suspension that can be locked off.  Having the suspension locked off when I go up this path has made a huge a difference, no pain.  I used to think that a bike is a bike, but now I realise how important it is to have the right bike.
