We have an old family friend who is a gourmet.  Over the years, along his culinary journey, he has acquired a sizeable collection of fine cooking knives.  When he came over for dinner last night, this one came with him as a gift to add to my collection...  It's a work of art, perfectly balanced and a delight to use.  Did I mention sharp enough to shave?
