Notes: Not much sleep but race day went well. Started at Transition, then at the swim the whole time before heading to the finish line @ the Capitol. Hot day but all went well. Early flight so left site by 1040a, to airport by 1215p and headed east. 3 hr layover in Chicago, then into Washington Reagan just after 8p. Mic picked me up!
