in general

So like, I still - it seems - find England to be a bit of an odd duck of sorts, I mean the people, on general, are very nice, warm, hospitable and curious and all that rubbish, almost to a fault.

And yes, I'm speaking of the Midlands and Warwickshire in particular, not the whole of the country, but I have seen news reports and read things in the dailies, but hey, in general, I guess I could be in Iowa

Not Bloody Likely

Moving on, as you can probably "guess" I still watch myself gravitating back to the serene calmness at the `cathedral' (actually the church of St Michael) I find the insignia on his head gear to be a bit curious and eventually I might "tell you" all about it

the inside (or 'openness') really sort of surprised me - the scope/size of it all. I did a bit of research (a bit) a while back and learned it's history before the Germans came to town and threw their party (burning the place down)

And yeah, it's got some history, as does the guild hall next door - across the cobbled stones actually -
