Mr W has encouraged me (bribed) to accompany him to the gym.
A very nice (to start with ) young person called Will (now known as torturer ) spent 50 minutes trying to kill me .

Should any of my local friends fancy joining in the Gym is called The Shed,it's out of town on the Birmingham road and you turn off at Featherbed Lane ... So plenty of parking AND reasonable rates.If you want to get tortured to death x
