Suffolk - Thorpeness

This is the view across the Mere at Thorpeness where 'The House in the Clouds ' is situated - you can just see it in the distance.
I had the journey from hell driving to Suffolk yesterday. The sky was so dark the satnav went on to nightime and the rain was torrential all round the M25!
Unfortunately when I arrived in Saxmundham, my friend Sue was taken ill and we ended up at Ipswich Hospital where she was kept in overnight . Fortunately she was ok and was released this evening after a scan and lumbar puncture.
