Continuing to struggle with the idea that I can't join shutterstock.com without a passport, modern driving licence (mine dates back to the 1970's) or an ID card, I was listlessly flicking through out of date passports. I noticed that the extra photo, where I look like a startled ferret, was taken exactly a third of a lifetime ago. I also have a passport photo taken two thirds of a lifetime ago which makes me look like a member of Baader Meinhof. Remember black and white passport photos?
