What do you teachers do on Inset days?

Tons of important stuff really....  today was First Aid training (that is always a necessity in a primary school).  Hopefully we'll never need to do CPR on anything apart from these creepy things, but we are all a dab hand at bandaging and will no doubt be putting that into practise soon.
