Spring......

Just a little too late for this Pussy willow with the yellow stamens on the way out but still pretty with a hint of our blue sky.

It was the most beautiful day, so calm and warm, many were out in their gardens while others were enjoying walks along the beach. This shot was taken at a reserve at the beach, wonderful to hear the waves as I was getting some shots, and monarch's were fluttering in the tree tops - it was a moment to savour.

Otherwise just the norm here, house jobs done and now tea to prepare.

7pm: It seems I got a little too close to the pollen of the Pussy willow, my eyes are running and itchy, it must be allergy season :(
