Poorly sick

I've been fighting a bad cold for a few days now and have thoroughly had enough.

To cap it off poorly boy developed a temperature at his child minders and needed picking up. He seems better having had paracetamol so will probably be going back tomorrow. Felt a bit fraudulent making a doctor appointment. Whether I will go to work remains to be seen...

No1 son's sports day went ahead and I'd have loved to blip a pic of him running but I'm not allowed...
