Gourmet Rocky Road

375g white chocolate melts
1/2 cup pistachio kernels roasted
2/3 cup coconut
2 2/3 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup dried cranberries

Line slice tin with tinfoil (I forgot)

Melt chocolate in double boiler
Combine nut, coconut, marshmallows and cranberries
Pour over melted chocolate and mix
Spoon mixture into pan and refrigerate.

OldTimer and I spent the morning sorting out the clubs competition entries (160 images) and now away on the courier to be judged.
