Keep fit Tuesday part 2 ......

So,we cycle to the village of the damned Wilmcote to visit Mary Ardens house,situated four miles from Stratford upon Avon,we went along the tow-path and it is very pretty,and when we got there she was not in,apparently we are a bit late as she snuffed it in 1608....... ;)
I tell you what,they have a LOVELY coffee shop,so we had a sit down and some delicious lime sponge cake and I give it 5/5 for taste and for the lovely staff too !!
You don't need to go in and pay the OVER INFLATED prices to look around you can just use the coffee shop and GET OUT.
Not only did Tit's McGee and I cycle there and back but this morning I cycled to the shops !!! I am tuning into an Olympic standard cyclist.. I might tag on to a group in the Tour de France after all.
As you can see,we have played with the rapid fire self timer set upon the Gorillapod..... ohhhhhhh the fun we have had today.... 217 photos of fun.
Also as you can see Tit's has indeed just released her tits as we ran across the road and her's were flailing and blackening her eyes......sometimes you just have to contain the damn things,her's seem to have a mind of their own I can tell you.
Next week we shall unless the weather is terrible do this route again and treat you do a 'leaping off the locks' shot :D

p.s Message from the school .. all kids fine.
They were not allowed phones which is as it should be !!! I don't want them phoning home,I want all children to go and BE CHILDREN !!!!!!!
p.p.s my girls don't have phones anyway....
