Grass of Parnassus

A delightful species with heart shaped leaves. It is found in damp pastures, moors and marshes mainly in the Northern Britain although some can be found in Norfolk.
This is growing on the edge of Haweswater near Silverdale in north Lancashire.

My extra today is especially for a blipper who lives in Kansas, USA. It is the house in which her parents lived in the late 50s or early 60s before she emigrated with her husband. I hope she finds it interesting.
