Pastitsio

Bank holiday today and I spent sometime cooking... meals for the week ahead and this Pastitsio for tonight. It's a macaroni pie (a bit like a lasagne) but made in a cake tin. My béchamel sauce was a bit runny so it didn't stay standing up for long, but was very tasty!
