All Too Short

That Indian Summer was very brief, as the temperature plummeted today and the mist never lifted from the hills.  Hard to credit that we were sweltering on a Putting Green mid-afternoon yesterday!

My husband's car was collected this afternoon from the repairers, who have done a brilliant job and it's as good as new.  Not much opportunity for a blip, so a quick trot round the garden and I noticed our new climbing rose having a second flush, with lots of buds still to open if the weather will allow..
