Our Northern Adventure ❤️

.......The drive "Up North" had no hold ups or problems.....We arrived at our favourite Motorway service station Tebay at lunchtime.....Toasted sandwich surrounded by glorious sunshine (A first for us, usually it is rainy, foggy or snowy).
It is my Mum's birthday tomorrow.....Card written and sent ❤️
30 miles or so further North, we turned off the M6 at Carlisle, 1 1/2 miles down the road is the Crown Hotel in Wetheral
A tiny but beautiful village complete with its own railway station, plus unbelievable viaduct.
Dinner was amazing this evening.......Xx
