Not a Blip

My brother sent me this picture today. I'm not sure why. And I don't know how long ago it was taken. It must be at least 10 years ago. It's been a very long time since he was shorter than me!

This slightly breaks the Blip rules as it wasn't taken today and it wasn't taken by me, but it was lovely to receive and I wanted to share.
