Viceroy

Spotted today whilst bicycling along the *Wildlife Loop* on Assateague Island. At first glance it might be supposed to be a Monarch, but it's not - It's a Viceroy Butterfly. I'm not entirely sure I've ever seen one before, but I was aware that there is such a thing and that it looks a good deal like a Monarch. But different.

It's my TinyTuesday entry. I completely failed to remember about Monday (Mono) yesterday. Hey ho!

The extra is a Great Egret with a rather nice fish.
